In order to qualify for a discounted Gold Key vacation package, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

All adults in your travel party must agree to attend an approximated 90 minute presentation of the Ocean Beach Club. If married, husband and wife must attend the tour. If unmarried, significant other must attend. Individuals who are separated or in the process of a divorce are not eligible.
Reservation holder's single or combined income must be at least $65,000 annually prior to taxes. If Canadian resident, annual income must be at least $75,000 in Canadian dollars.
1. Guests may only combine income with a significant other who resides in the same household. If addresses do not match on IDs, Guests must provide a second form of ID showing matching address (such as a utility bill, rental lease, bank statement, checkbook, car registration or mortgage statement).
2. Income may include disability, retirement, investment, net rental proceeds, bonuses, commissions, salary and alimony. Income DOES NOT include unemployment or child support.
3. If disability is sole income, Guest must provide proof of disability amount such as a disability check stub or other paperwork.
4. Wage-earners must be currently employed.
5. If Guest is unsure of annual income, (due to highly commissioned occupation) may use previous year's income if employed in the same occupation with the same company.
Reservation holder must be at least 28 years old if married or co-habitating. Reservation holder must be at least 35 years old if single.
Reservation holder must currently be a homeowner.
Reservation holder and significant other must speak and read English.
Reservation holder must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident or Green card holder. No Visas.
Reservation holder may not reside in the following cities: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk and Portsmouth.
Reservation holder may not be a relative or friend of a current or past Gold Key/PHR associate. In addition, reservation holder may not be a current or past Gold Key/PHR associate.
Reservation holder may not know any other Guest (outside of their immediate travel party) taking advantage of one of our promotions at the same time. Groups are not permitted - a group is more than one household or family.
Reservation holder may not be in the process or have recently filed for any form of bankruptcy protection and are not currently debtors in any Bankruptcy action.
No adults in party may be a current or past Gold Key Owner.
Reservation holder must have a valid credit card with a charge capacity of at least $50 (for incidentals) or holds a debit card with a major credit card logo.
Reservation holder must hold a state or government-issued photo ID.
Reservation holder or significant other must not have toured a Gold Key resort in the last 24 months.
Reservation holder must agree that package is non-refundable, non-transferable and only valid for their arrival date.
No pets are permitted.

Vacation Cancellation Policy - Vacation packages are non-transferable only valid for the guest name appearing on your reservation. If you are unable to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, please notify the Gold Key Hospitality Center at least 14 days prior to arrival. Your package price will be refunded the full amount when doing so. Should you have to cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you may reschedule to a different arrival date with your initial payment being applied to your new arrival date. You may be responsible for paying the difference in package price for the new dates selected. Additional, a $50 refundable deposit may be required for subsequent resets. The amount will be returned in the form of a check upon completion of the timeshare presentation.

Please allow one business day for processing, the full amount will be charged to your credit card and will appear as "Gold Key Resorts."

Product/Package Delivery - A Vacation Package Confirmation letter will be delivered via mail, fax or email.

Securing the Transmission and Storage of Information - We treat the information you provide to us as confidential information; it is, accordingly, subject to our company's security procedures and policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. When we ask you for credit card data, it is transferred over a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) line, provided you are using a SSL enabled browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. We also use SSL on other select pages where you would enter personally identifiable information. This ensures that your information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. This secure mode is enabled before any such information is transmitted from your computer. You will know you are in secure mode when the padlock or key icon in the lower right-hand or left-hand corner of the computer screen appears in the locked position. In addition, when accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

After information reaches Gold Key /PHR, it is stored on a secure server that resides behind firewalls designed to block unauthorized access from outside of Gold Key / PHR. Because laws applicable to personal information vary by country, our vacation resorts or other business operations may put in place additional measures that vary depending on the applicable legal requirements. Information collected on this site and covered by this privacy statement is generally processed and stored in the United States.

By completing a form on this web site, I authorize Gold Key Resorts to contact me by telephone, mail, or email for purposes of providing discounted vacation offers and an invitation to attend a sales presentation at one of its resorts, even though I may be on a Do Not Call list. Gold Key Resorts markets and sells luxury vacation ownership resorts. Professional Hospitality Resources (PHR) manages hotels, resorts and restaurants. Affiliated since 1990, Gold Key Resorts and PHR share our marketing lists. We take seriously the trust you place in us and will not under any circumstances sell, rent, trade or lease your personal information to others outside our companies On occasion we may mail, email or phone exclusive offers including hotel packages and specials, dining discounts, Gold Key Resort vacation ownership and an invitation to tour one of Gold Key's luxury resorts.
